Mr. Richard Addo-Owusu holds a Masters in Business Administration from the Walden University,Minnesota,Minneapolis,United Sates of America. A Bachelor of Science in Medicinal Chemistry from the University of Cape Coast,A diploma in Education from the University of Cape Coast.

He is a resourceful general management professional with proven expertise in business development, market research and customer relationship management. He is organized and diligent with excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills with a success record in building and motivating dynamic teams. Also, approachable, well presented and able to establish good working relationships with a range of different people. Possessing a proven ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions to problems proactively. He is an expert in Quality Management Systems.

He was the Chief Executive Officer of Oddaremma Chemists Limited.Prior to that,he was the General Manager of Phyto-Riker(Gihoc) Pharmaceuticals where he worked for 15 years.He started his career from the then Food and Drugs Board Laboratory to Swissgha Pharma Limited and Y and J Pharmaceuticals Limited.
